Nutritional Support for Pregnancy
admin on 08 5, 2009

Interestingly infertility is the most common reason for women aged 20-45 to go and see their GP. Furthermore complications in pregnancy are also common, these range from morning sickness and heart burn through to miscarriage, the birth of abnormal or disadvantaged babies, to actual death of the foetus a still birth. Also did you know that it has been demonstrated that 78.4% of couples who have had infertility issues go on to have healthy pregnancies when supported by the correct lifestyle and nutritional corrections, compared to the suggested 22.6% who turn to IVF.
From the moment a new baby arrives we have to make decisions on our child’s behalf ranging from controversial issues like which childhood vaccinations to give, to the more conventional subjects like which school to enroll them into, so they can get the very best from their educational experience. Interestingly even this decision is often decided before the child arrives into the world and yet to-date many of us give very little consideration to the unborn child’s inherent nutritional status unless there are fertility issues before conception and even then many people turn to IVF before nutrition and yet it’s known to be such an important blue print for the unborn child’s future mental and physical development and it also plays such an important role in their future health status and that of their off spring, our grandchildren.. However, there is now overwhelming evidence that suggests that we need to start making some important decisions on behalf of our unborn child from the moment we decide we want to enter the reproductive process.
It’s strange but even today as I write this letter to you I have been receiving calls from clients and nutritional practitioners alike, asking for help with their fertility issues and yet as so often happens people who have had problems conceiving go on to have, with the support of some key dietary changes which are often aided by a carefully selected range of biologically active natural food supplements, a full and healthy pregnancy and yet almost in every case we will receive a call asking us if they should stop taking food supplements now that they have conceived as they believe that these nutrients maybe quite dangerous to their unborn babies health!
Of course in reality nothing could be further from the truth and hopefully through empowering people by making available to you our latest newsletters on the subject you will have access to the real facts that surround this wonderful natural process. So we can start to move away from the paranoia and often unfounded concerns that surround pregnancy and the creation of a new life, allowing us to enjoy one of the most fulfilling natural processes of human nature. It’s my hope that you enjoy reading the attached newsletters as much as the team has enjoyed putting this information together and that through true empowerment we can start to have a greater understanding of how we can influence our future generation’s health and well being. The sad truth is that the only way you can find out who’s right, is to try it for yourself. Should you have any questions about any of the issues raised in the attached information do please feel free to contact me on me on 01395 227850 (Monday – Thursday) or email me at andywren@nutrigold.co.uk.
