Nutrigold on the move..

Dear Valued Customer,

Following the announcement about the re-acquisition of Nutrigold by our Founder and Managing Director, Andrew Wren, we are pleased to inform you that we are almost ready to relocate our operations to our new custom designed facility in Exmouth, Devon. This is the first step towards once again developing a service that we are proud to put our name too.

We are pleased to announce that as from the 1st April 2010, the day to day operations of Nutrigold Ltd will be handed over to our new operations team in Devon, who are currently undergoing in depth Customer Care training which will enable them to deliver to you the kind of products and after sales service Nutrigold were once industry renowned for.

So how will these changes affect our service to you in the short term?

All orders will be despatched from our current facility in Birmingham, as normal, until Tuesday 30th March at 5.30pm. As from 9.00am on Wednesday 31st March 2010, all orders will be received by our new Customer Care Team in Exmouth, Devon. However, please note that no goods will be dispatched over the Easter break, so we will be ready to start fulfilling product orders to you as from 9.00am of Tuesday 5th April 2010. So if you want any goods before the Easter break, please order early to avoid disappointment.
